Coquina is a beautiful limestone with an number of unique features. The most noticable of which is it's many fossil inclusions. Coquina is inundated with the fossilized remains of ancient shell fish. when the stone is cut into shape these fossils typically appear as pearly rings or crescents. The stone is cream colored and its density allows it to be honed to an eggshell finish.
